Delivery Terms:
Crew Chief Pro will use 3rd party shipping services which include US Post Office, FedEx, and UPS. As soon as that third party takes possession over the product Crew Chief Pro is no longer responsible for A) Damaged Products, B) Water contamination C) Late Deliveries D) Lost or Stolen products. Customer will assume responsibility to handle claims against 3rd party shipping services.
Termination of Access to Crew Chief Pro Software or Website:
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. I purchased your software at the end of August this year. First race, I went enough rounds to win my weekend entry fee back and a little more. I was using a hand held altronics weather station. I upgraded after that race including my software to use a trailer station. Next race I got down to 8 cars which is my best so far and lost by .002. My confidence is better as a driver as a result of my confidence in dial ins. I just wanted to say thanks and I am optimistic that a win is around the corner. I have used some of the functions but not all and I expect that will help me further.

Emmons Brothers are recent Crew Chief Pro customers who won Stock Eliminator the second time out with our Crew Chief Pro Software. We spend quite a bit of time developing formulas for Stock and Super Stock racers and it shows.
