Meet the Crew Chief Pro Team

 DON HIGGINS, is the founder and lead developer of Crew Chief Pro software.  Don has built the Crew Chief Pro brand name through years of hard work, passion, and dedication to Drag Racing.  In order to accomplish his goals Crew Chief Pro’s team is comprised of knowledgeable and passionate racing sportsmen and sportswomen.  Don is a graduate of Creighton University with a major in Business and a minor in Statistics.  He loves complex math problems.  He decided 30 years ago to learn computer programming so he went back to school.  In 1989 he founded Crew Chief Pro Software.  His passion is drag racing and uses his math background to create complex performance calculations for drag racing.

Don’s commitment to develop the finest Drag Racing Software comes from our real world racing experiences, and the passion we have for the sport. That’s why you will see us at the track every week, racing our car, testing our improvements, learning from other racers, and helping fellow racers.

Don is passionate about continuing to enhance Crew Chief Pro Software. Our motto: We are “students” of weather vs. performance and we live, eat, and breathe the sport of Drag Racing. We show this to our customers through our commitment, our quality, our team, and our excellent knowledgeable 24/7 support. Crew Chief Pro software is developed in the United States.  Our entire support team lives in the US, as well.

MICHELLE HIGGINS is the web site content manager, sales support, marketing, customer education, customer support, team leader of the Crew Chief Pro Jr. team, and dog walker.  She is my rock that keeps me going in the correct direction.  Always happy to see customers and explain the Crew Chief Pro Advantage.  Also directs the Crew Chief Pro University webinars each month.

JOYCE LATHEM is the Office Manager at Crew Chief Pro Software. Joyce is the friendly voice you may hear when you call Crew Chief Pro during the day.  She has worked with us since the earliest days of Crew Chief Pro.

Joyce is very knowledgeable about setting up Crew Chief Pro and is always willing to help.

LARRY BERNSHAUSEN is an original Crew Chief Pro member, a racing teammate, and a beta tester of Crew Chief Pro weather formulas and additions.

DAVE & JUDY DAHLEM are original Crew Chief Pro members, a racing teammates, and beta testers of Crew Chief Pro weather formulas and additions.

PETER BIONDO is a Crew Chief Pro consultant and dealer.  He has sold our software for 8 years.

REGGIE BAUDOIN is provides bracket racing consultation to Crew Chief Pro. He also provides sales and track side support to the South and Midwest regions of the United States.

RANDY BALOUGH and TRAVIS BALOUGH provides sales and track side support to the West region of the United States.  Whenever I am out West racing I hang with my friend Randy and his son Travis.  I like to steal their Oreos.

 

STEVE APTED provides track side support to the Northwest region of the United States whether he wants to or not…  lol.

ALYSSA & AMANDA VAULTONBURG are Junior Dragster specialists and they provide track side support to the Midwest region of the United States.

MIKE MILLER is a Super Gas and Super Comp specialist. He also provides sales and track side support to the Southwest region of the United States.

TONY MANDELLA is a Stock and Super Stock specialist. He also provides sales and track side support to the West region of the United States.

DUANE LAFLEUR is a Super Gas specialist and Jiffy Tite representative. He also provides sales and track side support to the East region of the United States.
